Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using How Long Have You Got (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
2. What the App is
The App displays countdowns and reflections based on a birth date you provide and a configurable life-expectancy scope you choose. It is a personal reflection and perspective tool. It is not a medical, actuarial, insurance, or demographic prediction of any kind, and no figure it displays is a claim about how long you or anyone else will actually live. As the App itself puts it: the appointed term is known to no calculation.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
4. Your content
Any milestones, dates, or labels you enter belong to you. They're stored only on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details. Losing your device or uninstalling the App means losing that data unless it was captured in a device backup you control.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walquwa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify or discontinue the App at any time.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change is posted here constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
