Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Progressive Recording account and all data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and account credentials
- Your username
- Your subscription records (provider, plan, and status)
Measurements, workout logs, water intake, and photos are stored only on your own device and are never sent to us — deleting the app itself removes that data immediately. There is nothing of that kind on our servers to delete.
How to request deletion
Email admin@walquwa.com from the email address on your account, asking for your account to be deleted. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Before you request deletion
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription:
- Apple App Store subscription — cancel via Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad
- Google Play subscription — cancel via the Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions
- walquwa.com (Stripe) subscription — cancel via the "Manage subscription" link in the app's Account page, or ask us in your deletion email and we'll cancel it for you
Cancel the subscription first (or mention it in your email) so you aren't charged again after your account is deleted.
