Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Progressive Recording (the "App"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Not medical advice
The App is a personal logging and tracking tool for body measurements, training, and water intake. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or health program. Use of the App and any exercises it suggests is at your own risk.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features are offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions, billed through your Apple or Google account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed through your app store account settings, not through us directly. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store's refund policy.
5. Your content
Data you log in the App — measurements, workouts, water intake, and any photos you attach — belongs to you and is stored locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. Uninstalling the App or losing your device means losing that data unless it was captured in a device backup you control.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy of any calculation, chart, or summary the App produces from your logged data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walquwa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or personal injury, arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change is posted here constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
